The scene has two light sources with global illumination turned on. I rendered the image in HDR and the lines separately.
I needed an HDR image because the linear mapping of the high dynamic range by the renderer wasn't satisfying. I got better results using local adaption and some manual tuning...

I've added some lines the sketch algorithm has mistakenly filtered out.

nice work!! I woulda cleaned the lines up in photoshop seeing they rendered seperately though, nicely lit though, what renderer?
